Home > Testimonials > “trust the process, remain patient, and never lose sight of your goal. Your time will come”. – Ericson

My journey to the United States as a Registered Nurse has been a long but incredibly rewarding one. What started as a dream became a reality through the support of many people who guided me throughout this process.

My application process began in January 2023, and from day one, Ms. Fatima, Nursing Director of INCARE Global, and Ms. Iris, Marketing Manager of INCARE Global, were always available to answer my questions, provide guidance, and offer reassurance whenever I felt uncertain. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine concern for the nurses they serve made a significant difference throughout my immigration journey.

I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Atty. Jean and Atty. Belle, whose expertise and support throughout the immigration process helped ensure that everything moved forward smoothly. Their responsiveness and guidance gave me confidence during every stage of the process.

I am equally grateful to Methodist Hospital, my petitioner and employer, for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to continue my nursing career in the United States. The support and communication from the organization made me feel welcomed even before my arrival. Knowing that I would be joining a healthcare institution that values its nurses made this transition even more meaningful.

Looking back, the timeline of my journey reflects the patience, perseverance, and teamwork that made this dream possible:

  • January 2023 – Process Started
  • May 2023 – Priority Date (PD)
  • October 2023 – Documentarily Qualified (DQ)
  • January 2026 – Visa Bulletin Became Current
  • May 2026 – Immigrant Visa Interview and Approval
  • June 2026 – Arrived in the United States
  •

After more than three years of waiting, preparing, and trusting the process, I finally arrived in the United States in June 2026 to begin a new chapter of my life and career. The journey was not always easy, but having the right people and organizations supporting me made all the difference.

To the entire team of INCARE Global and Methodist Hospitals, thank you for being part of this life-changing journey. Your commitment to helping international nurses achieve their dreams is truly inspiring. I will always be grateful for your support in helping me reach this milestone.

To aspiring nurses who dream of working in the United States: trust the process, remain patient, and never lose sight of your goal. Your time will come.
