In the quiet halls of a hospital, where my journey began as a Respiratory Therapist, I discovered a universal truth about healthcare that would ignite a lifelong mission. Surrounded by the unwavering dedication of healthcare workers, I realized that healthcare is more than a profession—it is a calling. Among individuals who worked tirelessly to care for others in their most vulnerable moments, I recognized how profoundly we are united by a shared principle: “Our Mission is one and the same, Working Together, Caring For Others.”

Those words became the heartbeat of INCARE Global, the theme and vision I carried forward with purpose. This realization became the foundation upon which INCARE Global was built. It is not simply a slogan; it is the guiding light of every decision, every connection, and every partnership we foster. Healthcare is a world of profound challenges and boundless grace, where heroes rise not in capes but in scrubs, surgical masks, and compassionate hands. For me, these everyday heroes embody three indispensable virtues: Competence, Compassion, and Reliability.

• Competence is the mastery of skill, the confidence to rise to the challenges of care, and the readiness to meet the urgent needs of patients when expertise is required. Whether navigating the intensity of an ICU, responding to the urgency of an ER, or comforting the youngest patients in Pediatrics, competence equips healthcare workers to face crises, illness, and recovery with assurance, skill, and capability.

• Compassion is the heart and soul of healthcare—the ability to provide care with empathy, understanding, and kindness. It takes remarkable strength and heart to hold another’s pain, often at their weakest stage in life, and offers them not only medical care but also hope, dignity, and comfort.

• Reliability is the steadfast commitment healthcare workers bring every day, knowing their care is vital to the lives of their patients and the support of their colleagues. Reliability means showing up, being present when it matters most, and understanding that lives depend on their care and consistency. It is the midnight shifts, the exhaustion, the sacrifices, and the unwavering dedication to meeting the needs of patients, families, and communities.

INCARE Global was created to honor and support these extraordinary healthcare heroes and the health systems they sustain. It gives us profound joy to help healthcare workers who dedicate their lives to bringing hope and healing to those who are sick and suffering. Healthcare workers are heroes in my eyes, and we are proud to carry forward our mission alongside them, bridging the gaps that exist between healthcare systems and skilled professionals.

A Personal Mission: Turning Dreams into Reality

The journey to creating INCARE Global was not without challenges, but it was always fueled by a clear and determined vision. As a child, I was filled with the dream of building something meaningful, something that could uplift lives and create opportunity. Though I was neither the strongest student nor equipped with obvious talents, I carried a deep determination to create opportunities for others to succeed.

Growing up, I witnessed the sacrifices of my mother, who worked tirelessly to care for the most vulnerable while raising a family with little but her strength and love. She inspired me with her selflessness, her compassion, and her ability to persevere through hardship. Watching her shaped my dream of creating a business that would provide high-paying jobs, support healthcare workers, and have an influence on the lives of families.

That dream led me to create INCARE Global. Through resilience, faith, and the support of others, I turned my vision into a reality. Today, INCARE Global stands as a bridge between local and international healthcare workers and health systems in need. Our work is not just about addressing workforce shortages, it is about creating opportunities that transform lives, uplift families, foster hope, elevate communities, and make the world a little better, one connection at a time.

Honoring Healthcare Workers Around the World

At INCARE Global, we are proud of the stories we help create and the lives we touch. As part of my dedication to healthcare workers globally, I have created two documentary films to honor their contributions—from nurse aides to surgeons. These films, simple yet heartfelt, are a tribute to those who work tirelessly, dedicating their lives to bring comfort, care, and healing to others.

In my personal life, I find joy and inspiration in nature, simplicity, and companionship. Walking my dogs in the woods and creating nature videos for my 94-year-old mother brings me a sense of joy, peace, and connection. I also grow sunflowers—symbols of resilience, hope, and growth that mirror the values healthcare workers embody. These hobbies remind me that life’s smallest moments often hold the greatest meaning, just as the power of love, care, and dedication can make the greatest difference.
